Buyer Representation in Fuquay Varina
APG represented Triangle homebuilder Envision Homes in the $6.4M acquisition of 28 acres at 1581 Randall Farm Road in Fuquay-Varina. The site, to be branded Randall Farms, is positioned for townhomes and single-family homes.
When a prior contract collapsed due to zoning challenges, the unrepresented seller was left at risk of losing momentum. APG’s brokerage team – David Batten (SVP & Broker-in-Charge), Frank Quinn (EVP), and Greyson Tavolacci (Commercial Investment Sales) leveraged local insight and relationships to quickly reposition the opportunity, bring in the right buyer, and drive the deal to closing. A rapid, strategic response turned a setback into a success.
Seller Representation in North Raleigh’s Route 1 Corridor
APG represented the seller, Raleigh International Church, in the sale of a ±17,500 SF retail/office condo at Ashton Square in North Raleigh. The turnkey space sold for $2.85M ($162.86/SF). Fully equipped, recently upgraded, and situated in a high-traffic corridor, the property offered immediate functionality and strong investment appeal. Representation was provided by Jim Anthony (CEO & Founder) and Bob Touchton (Associate Broker serving Nonprofits).
