Born and raised in Raleigh, Colby brings a keen understanding of the local market. Colby was a founding student at Wake Young Men’s Leadership Academy, then went on to study Business Administration at Saint Augustine’s University. From there, Colby transitioned to East Carolina University to further his studies in Business. While learning alongside a very successful local entrepreneur, Colby discovered the wealth-building power of commercial real estate sparking his unique interest and life purpose of helping others invest in assets that generate income, create financial freedom, and in the big picture build a legacy for generations to come. Before graduating college, Colby achieved his North Carolina Real Estate Broker License combined with becoming a Certified Real Estate Investment Planning Specialist and Designated National Commercial Real Estate Advisor. One of the great skills he brings to the team is his obsessive focus to find the right solution to every opportunity.
