David Stroud specializes in industrial/flex and land brokerage at APG Advisors. He works primarily with landlords and owners on two fronts: leasing their industrial and flex properties to maximize occupancy and cash flow, and selling their assets to achieve the highest possible value at disposition. Over a 21-year career, David has sold and leased more than 4.5 million square feet of industrial, flex, R&D, and office space. He has also sold over 1,600 acres of land across the Carolinas, spanning every use type.
Consistently recognized as one of the top brokers in the Triangle market, David has earned seven CoStar Power Broker awards for the top lease or sale transaction in the market, six Elite Industrial Leasing Awards from the Triangle Commercial Association of Realtors (TCAR), and, most recently, one of the top three Elite Sales Awards presented in 2025.
David holds the SIOR designation (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), earned in 2024, and is a CCIM designee. In 2025, he was elected President of TCAR, where he has served on the Board of Directors since 2024. He is also a graduate of the Leadership Durham program.
