The Buyer is Lester Development, a Virginia-based real estate investment and development company, Lester Development has a broad footprint across VA, WV, the Carolinas, and GA, with holdings in commercial, residential, timberland, and full-service building supply operations.  Their purchase of the Clemson Research Blvd site is the second of two major acquisitions this year, where APG provided Buyer Representation as part of a 1031 exchange.
