David Stroud was honored with an Elite Broker Award for Investment Sales, a well-earned recognition following another exceptional year. As one of APG’s leading industrial brokers, David’s 2025 accomplishments included seller representation in the $24.6 million sale of a 310,000-square-foot industrial facility in Greensboro – one of the region’s most notable industrial transactions – as well as the successful disposition of a 79,465-square-foot institutional-grade asset in Anderson, South Carolina. Through landlord representation, buyer advisory, and seller representation, David continues to deliver results across the Carolinas industrial market.
David Batten received an Elite Broker Award for Land Sales, recognizing a career defined by leadership, strategic insight, and consistent success in complex land transactions. In 2025, David led seller representation in the $13.35 million sale of 91 acres in Durham, a landmark mixed-use transaction set to become the city’s largest mixed-use district to date. He also partnered on the $6.4 million acquisition of 28 acres in Fuquay-Varina, helping reposition and close a previously stalled deal through creativity and collaboration. Through both buyer and seller representation, David remains one of the Triangle’s most trusted land advisors.
Combined, David Stroud and David Batten generated more than $60 million in gross transaction volume in 2025, delivering value to clients across industrial, land, and development assignments throughout the region.
