Earlier this year, APG announced the promotions of David Batten and David Stroud to Senior Vice President — a recognition of their leadership, expertise, and consistent success across the Triangle and beyond.
Today, we’re thrilled to celebrate them once again as TCAR Elite Broker Award winners for 2024!
David Batten, SVP and BIC was recognized for his outstanding performance and seller representation in multiple noteworthy land sales, including the sale of three outparcels at Broadstone Station in Apex that sold for a combined $4.95M for Kite Realty Group; a 12-acre development site in East Raleigh that sold for $8M, part of APG’s 60+ acre master planned Edgewater Commons where construction will soon be underway on 160 build for rent townhomes; and an 8-acre industrial site in Durham that sold for $1.225M to a New Jersey-based real estate investment firm with plans to build a 12,000 SF industrial building with outdoor laydown yard.
For the second year in a row David Stroud, SVP, SIOR was recognized by TCAR for industrial leasing. 2024 proved to be a strong year marked by tenant and landlord representation for over 115,000 SF of space, including tenant representation for site selection, and landlord representation for a 70K SF deal with Implus Footcare in Wilson; 16,250 SF at a multi-tenant industrial building at 2980 Lee Ave in Sanford, and 25,200 SF at the East Point building in East Raleigh. David’s strategic approach and deal-making acumen consistently deliver results for APG clients.
