Being developed by Brady Development of Georgia, the project includes 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom homes ranging from 688–1,125 SF:
- 63% for residents earning up to 70% AMI
- 5% for residents earning up to 60% AMI
- 30% (48 units) reserved for residents earning 30% or less of AMI
Annette’s expertise in complex assemblages and her commitment to community-driven development helped bring this deal to a close — supporting Durham’s critical housing needs while creating value for her client.
