Sale of 18 Acres of Land
Philip Matthews, Vice President of Land Advisory, represented the seller in the sale of 18 acres of land consisting of three parcels in Wake Forest. The property sits next to a large ±750 home master-planned community, Kinsley, currently in development.
The property was sold to Blue Heel Development, who plans to develop a 55+ senior living community on the site. The developer purchased additional acreage from an adjacent HOA and property owner.
Pritchard Road at Athletic Club Boulevard, Clayton NC
Sale of 2.1 Acres of Land
David Batten, Vice President of Land Advisory and Broker in Charge, represented the seller in the sale of 2.1 acres in the Riverwood Community in Clayton, North Carolina. The land is an outparcel to a Food Lion anchored neighborhood center. The buyer plans for to develop the parcel into a dental office.
David also represents seller for a parcel that sits between this outparcel and the Riverwood Athletic Club, suitable for both residential and commercial use.
