Sherry’s career in rural economic development has spanned industry recruitment, industrial site development, contract negotiation, and construction project management. As Director of Economic Development in Person County, Sherry brought over $90 million in capital investment. With a decade of experience in regional and statewide economic development, Sherry has a firm pulse on the Triangle Region. She’s dedicated to ensuring that rural communities receive the same professional service in commercial real estate as urban areas.”
