David and Daniel received this award for the successful disposition of 3801 and 3901 US Highway 421 in Wilmington. This 93,508 square foot industrial property with a 2.25-acre lay yard sold for $11.9 million. The combined parcels totaled over 14 acres, including a 4.99-acre lot for the potential development of a 30,000 square foot building.
The property has been leased to Ferguson Enterprises since 2009, who recently signed an extension until 2033.
