APG Capital is pleased to announced the disposition of Campus North at 805 Spring Forest Road in Raleigh. James Anthony and Daniel Walser, working closely with CEO Jim Anthony, facilitated the transaction.

Disposition: $8,000,000
Sell off excess land to Sunrise Retirement
Used proceeds to reduce loan balance, and increase property cash flow
Joint venture rear excess land to develop 188 luxury apartments
Sold remaining office buildings
