APG Advisors is pleased to share news of several office lease deals executed in recent weeks.
Congratulations to Martie Serianni who provided landlord representation in three lease deals signed at One Springfield Center in the Six Forks/Falls of Neuse submarket. This 56,653 square-foot, Class B, multi-tenant building is situated at 6131 Falls of Neuse Road. Two new tenants, including Monarch Mortgage, a regional residential mortgage lender, signed for a total of 10,000 square feet, while another 12,000 square feet of leased space was renewed by an insurance subsidiary of the James River Group. The average asking rate was $26.50.
Bob Touchton, Associate Broker, Nonprofit, facilitated the lease renewal on 5,500 square feet at 1305 West Club Blvd, a 22,000 square foot specialty property in Downtown Durham originally built in 1940.
Martie Serianni and Rick Polley provided landlord representation for medical office space at 4321 Medical Drive, in North Durham, a relatively small submarket consisting almost entirely of Class B buildings.
David Stroud, Vice President, Industrial, facilitated the lease renewal of over 140,000 square feet of warehouse space at 3040 Black Creek Rd in Wilson, originally signed in 2021 by Implus Footware, a global manufacturer of active lifestyle accessory brands.
