Jim, Greyson, and Colby earned this recognition for successfully leasing 7601 Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh. This high-visibility site spans 8.52 acres and has been leased to Westgate Auto Group, which has added the Auction Direct USA brand to its portfolio.
Westgate has signed a 10-year NNN lease with an option to purchase the property, which includes an existing facility of over 20,000 square feet. This acquisition marks Westgate Group's seventh dealership in the Raleigh-Wake Forest area, and all employees of Auction Direct have been retained.
