We’d like to give a shout out to APG’s own Colby Mitchell and Greyson Tavolacci on their tenant representation in the leasing of 8820 Westgate Park Drive in Northwest Raleigh, a 7,500+ square foot flex building with showroom and warehouse, as well as outdoor storage. Colby and Grey were familiar with the property, knew the ideal tenant demographic that’d be the perfect suitor for the space, and got underway with targeted outreach to their network. In a matter of days, they contracted with a multi-state specialty contractor dealing in electrical, concrete and earthwork. The lease was executed within 30 days of listing date. Nice job gentlemen!
