Congratulations to David Divine and Rick Polley, who provided seller representation in the successful sale of a 28,321 square foot office building at 2625 Appliance Court in Raleigh, located just off of I-440 at Capital Boulevard. The property was sold to Florida-based government General Services Administration – “GSA” – property owners. The sale closed in February 2024.
The property was first acquired in 2014 for $1,974,000 – also brokered by David Divine.
Long-time tenant GSA renewed their lease in late 2022 for an additional 10 years. The site is home to the Military Entry Processing Station, known as “MEPS.”
A special shout out also goes to Property Manager Jennie Banco, our own in-house ‘APG MVP’, for overseeing improvements for the property after the renewal of the lease. These major renovations, interior and exterior, totaling $1.26MM will be completed in Q1 2024.
