APG Companies purposefully supports the well-being of our communities through our ITG Team (Imagine, Transform, Give). The team focuses on identifying and investing in charitable initiatives that align with our core values.
In 2025, APG proudly provided over $58,100 in cash funding to more than 45 local organizations addressing critical needs, such as housing, education and humanitarian support. Partners included Operation Resolute, Note in the Pocket, Housing for Hope and Oak City Cares.
APG also supported Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School in Durham, a college-preparatory Catholic high school serving students from low-income families through an innovative corporate work-study program. Through a partnership with Seeds of Mustard Ministries, APG sponsored a Cristo Rey student, providing hands-on experience in both retail operations and the nonprofit sector at the Thrift2Gift store.
In addition to cash contributions, APG provided $22,500 in in-kind support, including conference room usage, after-hours event hosting, donated furnishings and volunteer service. Key initiatives included hosting a Lunch & Serve with Oak City Cares, participating in World Vision’s Global 6K for Water, cooking and serving breakfast to 300 students at The IDYL Charter School, continuing support of a local family of five children during a period of profound loss and assisting the Inter-Faith Food Shuttle with its first fundraising gala since COVID-19.
APG team members also volunteered hundreds of hours individually through food and clothing drives, mentoring programs and neighborhood cleanups.
As we head into 2026, APG remains committed to expanding our philanthropic impact, strengthening community partnerships and continuing to live our values through purposeful, meaningful action.
