APG Capital Achieves Milestone in Affordable Housing: 10.5-Acre Property Sold to LDG Development

APG Capital is pleased to announce the successful sale of a 10.5-acre property located at 3095 Gresham Lake Rd. The property was sold to Louisville Kentucky-based LDG Development, a 30-year affordable housing developer with active projects spanning Kentucky, Virginia, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, and Louisiana. The Gresham Lake Road site marks the company’s first acquisition in North Carolina.

“The sale of this property marks a significant milestone in the development of affordable housing as LDG Development has plans to build 230 units on the site, with an estimated project completion date set for 2024. This endeavor aligns with APG Capital’s mission to provide quality housing options that meet the needs of diverse communities” says James Anthony III, Vice President of Acquisitions.
