Mary Jane “MJ” Parker is a key contributor at APG Companies, overseeing strategic marketing and content development. She leads a team that supports APG’s practice groups—APG Advisors, APG Development, and APG Capital—by managing proposals, client reports, digital and print marketing materials, and investor presentations. MJ also plays a key role in research and market analysis, providing local and regional insights to bolster APG’s brokerage, development, and investment initiatives.
Before joining APG, MJ served as Vice President of Commercial Loan Underwriting at a privately held specialty finance firm focused on land and resort development throughout the U.S. A transplant from the beautiful Berkshires of Massachusetts, she moved to Raleigh in 2015 and has since fully engaged in the area’s dynamic commercial real estate market.
