Kelly Perry

Kelly advanced to the position of Assistant Property Manager and Lead Lease Administrator during her time at Colliers International Raleigh-Durham while leading a team as Facilities Maintenance Manager for twenty-four Industrial Properties totaling 2,908,939 SF.  Prior to Colliers International, Kelly had a long history of providing accounting and administrative support in a professional office environment. She is proficient in project accounting, employee training and development, data archiving and report analysis.
