Carson is a driven real estate professional with deep roots in the Triangle area and a strong foundation in both the academic and practical aspects of the industry. He is a graduate of NC State University, where he built meaningful connections within the real estate industry and expanded his expertise through advanced coursework in commercial and residential development through the Pappas Real Estate Development Program and earned his NC Real Estate Brokers License between semesters as well. While at NC State, Carson co-founded the NC State Real Estate Club, serving as the Founding Public Relations Officer. In this role, he helped build a lasting platform for students to engage with one another and connect with respected professionals in the field—an initiative that continues to benefit the campus community.
Carson has continued to grow his professional toolkit, earning a Real Estate Investing and Analysis Certificate through Wharton Online and Wall Street Prep. This additional training enhanced his ability to conduct market research, perform financial modeling, and assess real estate investments from a strategic, data-driven perspective.
Away from the office, you’ll often find Carson out on the golf course, playing hockey, or unwinding at the piano.
