Kristen has over ten years of experience in property management and real estate operations, including the past five years focused on commercial office and industrial properties throughout North Carolina. Her experience spans property operations, budgeting and financial oversight, tenant and client relations, lease administration, capital improvement projects, and owner representation for construction and renovation initiatives.
Prior to transitioning into commercial real estate, Kristen managed multifamily residential communities, providing her with a strong foundation in property operations and customer service. Throughout her career, she has developed a reputation for building strong relationships with owners, tenants, vendors, and project teams while successfully managing complex projects and day-to-day operations.
A licensed North Carolina real estate professional, Kristen earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2017.
