APG Capital has acquired four parcels totaling 70 acres along I-95 in fast growing Johnston County, North Carolina. James Anthony, VP of Acquisitions said, We’re really excited about the opportunity to work with Selma and Johnston County to plan a future mixed-use development. It’s too early to say what that will look like, but it will include residential, retail and industrial components.
