In 2017 APG formed a designated team of our employees called the ITG Team (Imagine, Transform, Give) that meets monthly to select causes and charities to support.  Dozens of organizations have met with the ITG Team to present their initiatives and needs.  ITG has a budget of thousands to work with each month, and in the last 12 months over 50 local organizations have received cash donations of between $500 and $25,000.

The ITG Team has also selected multiple key organizations whose mission, goals and values align with APG, and for which we provide added support throughout the calendar year, including company-sponsored volunteerism, and food, supplies and clothing drives.   IDYL Chart School in Durham was the primary recipient this year.  Organizations sponsored in recent years also include CASA, Note in the Pocket, Oak City Cares, Habitat for Humanity, and Interact of Wake County.
