Jobs for Life

Established in Raleigh, North Carolina, in 1996, Jobs for Life (JfL) addresses the root causes of unemployment, underemployment, and disengagement with work by uniting churches, businesses and community organizations and facilitating positive transformation within lives and communities.

Many unemployed and underemployed individuals face challenges that are extremely difficult to overcome without support. Community leaders, who seek the best for their communities, do not always have the time, tools or cooperation to implement and maintain long-lasting solutions. Jobs for Life provides training for the un/underemployed and a vision of the ‘Dignity of Work’ for those community leaders. Underprivileged people find hope and cities shine with visionary leadership.
